SJB Spotlight: By the end of 3rd grade, students are expected to have multiplication and division facts memorized.

One strategy Ms. Schwartz uses to help students multiply and divide is using skip counting, such as “3,6,9,12, etc”

Students also use music to help remember skip counting math facts. Some of their favorite songs at the end of the day are “All Star Threes” and “Billie Fourish.” #discoverSJB
