More Information About St. John Bosco Catholic School
St. John Bosco is shaping future leaders by providing academic excellence in a caring 4K-8 Catholic environment where God’s gifts are nurtured and where faith is put into action. The benefits of a Catholic education have been studied and well documented. Results show that students who attend a Catholic school receive a challenging, high-quality academic experience in a supportive environment, with an emphasis on Catholic values and college preparation. The self-discipline developed by students, along with learning to accept responsibility and to respect others, work together to create excellent life-long learners.
At St. John Bosco, an educational philosophy that guides us also ensures that this is a place where faith, values, culture and life are brought into harmony. We endeavor to create in our students those virtues that will enable them to live a new life of discipleship and help them to play their part in serving society and the Church.
We offer cutting edge technology to all our students, strong foundational skills in reading and math, daily Spanish in 5th thru 8th grade, accelerated math courses in 7th and 8th and will be integrating a STEM curriculum beginning in fall 2018. Tuition assistance is available for qualifying students. Financial aid application information is available at school.
St. John Bosco is part of the educational ministry of Sts. Peter and Paul, St. Joseph, and Corpus Christi parishes. However, our school serves families who are members of other Catholic parishes as well as other religious backgrounds.

Scrip Program
Families can reduce the amount of tuition paid up to a total of $250 per family by using SCRIP. The SCRIP program allows you to purchase gift certificates or gift cards to be used as cash at local retail and some national services and food establishments. When SCRIP is used, the business donates a percentage of the amount spent to the school. Families may generate up to $250 of SCRIP to apply to their tuition. When purchasing SCRIP let the staff member know to credit your family. SCRIP can be ordered through the school office or purchased directly at the Corpus Christi parish office or after Mass on the weekends. Extended family and friends may also help in reaching the assigned goal. SCRIP sales for the school year must be completed by April 1.
